Sadly, they've been scared away by the weather over the last few days and we'd been worried that they'd given up on the whole thing. I'm pleased to report a sighting of the female this morning, busy re-arranging again.

Nest box 12/05/13
I though I'd post a few updates on our bird nest box, which I bought as a Christmas gift for my Dad. We weren't really expecting any activity this year having heard it can take a few years for the box to attract attention, but within weeks we had a bluetit pecking away at the entrance hole. This went on for a few weeks and now they've finally started moving in some material!
